Human Resources Specialist

CDC is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week; 1.0 FTE) Human Resources Specialist.  This position will provide HR advisory services in all matters pertaining to human resources management across all programs in two offices.  Please click on the links below for more detailed information.

Communications Specialist

Family Support Specialist (FSS)

The Kalispell office is recruiting for a full time (40 hours/week) Family Support Specialist.  This position is for a home-based intervention program serving children with development disabilities.  Please click below for more information about this exciting position.

Physical Therapist

CDC is seeking a 30 hour per week (.75 FTE) Physical Therapist who is energetic and interested in working with a growing non-profit agency. This position would collaborate with Part C team members to provide support to families in meeting motor related outcomes and be located in the Kalispell office.

Speech Language Pathologist

CDC is recruiting for a 30 hour per week (.75 FTE) SLP who is energetic and interested in working with a growing non-profit agency. We focus on providing high quality speech-language therapy services to children that qualify for Part C Early Intervention services within our region of western Montana.  This position would be located in our Kalispell office.

Behavior Technicians

As part of a treatment team, Behavior Technicians (BTs) provide one-on-one teaching and support to children and teens with autism spectrum disorders. We have openings based in Missoula, Kalispell and surrounding areas across western Montana. Positions are typically part time with various hours available. Successful candidates will complete professional training and may advance as Registered Behavior Technicians. If you have experience or interest in working with youth on the autism spectrum, this could be a great opportunity for you!

 Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work one-on-one with children and teens who have developmental disabilities, helping them participate in their community and pursue their goals. We have openings based in Missoula, Kalispell and surrounding areas across western Montana. Positions are typically part time with various hours available to fit your schedule.
