Human Resource Officer
Child Development Center is looking for a Human Resource Officer. The HR Officer will plan and administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The HR Officer will develop, implement, and evaluate ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years related experience in an HR management/generalist position preferred. Other equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and HRIS required. The successful candidate will develop and administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel and plan, organize and control all activities of the HR department. Direct Service Professional (DSP) or Children’s Autism Trainer (CAT):
To apply to be a Direct Service Professional (DSP) or Children’s Autism Trainer (CAT) and work with a child with a developmental disability in the Missoula or Kalispell areas, please complete the employment forms below.
DSPs and CATs work directly with children with developmental disabilities ages 0-18. They work under the supervision and guidance of a Family Support Specialist. The Child Development Center is always accepting applications for new DSPs and CATs, although we may not always be hiring.
