Behavior Technicians

As part of a treatment team, Behavior Technicians (BTs) provide one-on-one teaching and support to children and teens with autism spectrum disorders. We have openings based in Missoula, Kalispell and surrounding areas across western Montana. Positions are typically part time with various hours available. Successful candidates will complete professional training and may advance as Registered Behavior Technicians. If you have experience or interest in working with youth on the autism spectrum, this could be a great opportunity for you!

 Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work one-on-one with children and teens who have developmental disabilities, helping them participate in their community and pursue their goals. We have openings based in Missoula, Kalispell and surrounding areas across western Montana. Positions are typically part time with various hours available to fit your schedule. If you would enjoy supporting youth with disabilities as they develop their potential, this could be a great fit for you!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-Kalispell & Missoula

The Child Development Center is recruiting for two full time (40 hours/week) BCBA’s to design and provide oversight to individualized behavioral programs in the homes, communities, Learning Centers, and schools where service delivery is necessary.  This position provides intervention, program development and analysis of program delivery to individual clients.  One position will be based in Missoula and the other in Kalispell.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)-Kalispell & Missoula)

The Child Development Center is recruiting for two full time (40 hours/week) BCaBA’s to design and provide oversight to individualized behavioral programs in the homes, communities, Learning Centers, and schools where service delivery is necessary under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  This position provides intervention, program development and analysis of program delivery to individual clients.  One position will be based in Missoula and the other in Kalispell.
